For Online bookings where payment is complete, can be cancelled any time for 100% refund of amount subjected to minimum 12 Hours prior to blood collection visit as selected by customer for home/office blood collection slot.
Refund for the bookings will be processed as per the below mentioned refund rules:-
12 hrs before Blood collection
100% Refund of Booking Amount
Between 3 Hours to 12Hours
75 % Refund of Booking Amount
Between Sample Collection-3Hrs
50 % Refund of Booking Amount
After Blood Collection
No Refund Allowed
# Booking date & time will be considered as basis for refund calculation.
100% Refund for unsuccessful payment attempts at payment gateway.
Refund will be completed within 7 days from date of refund request.
Refund dispute for Report Discrepancy if any will be directed to our Quality Manager who reserves right to make final decision.
For customers who chose COD options as payment mode, can cancel their bookings before 3 Hrs of blood collection time and send written communication on – firstname.lastname@example.org
If customer does not inform before sample collection visit and representative reached the assigned location at allotted time, then as per the policy customer has to pay visit charge of Rs. 200.00 which will be collected by the on duty phlebotomist.
